Het is allang stil in huis op dit uur in de vroege ochtend (1.56 u), maar ik ben nog wakker en was nog 2 mooie interieurboeken aan het bekijken: Nordlicht en Nordlicht 2 over Scandinavisch wonen. Een tijdje geleden heb ik een groot deel van onze slaapkamer wit geschilderd en aanvankelijk was ik ook van plan geweest om ons bed (uit de kringloop) eveneens wit te maken, maar ik twijfel nog altijd of ik dat inderdaad wel zou doen. De kleur blauw die er nu op zit, is van Farrow & Ball en heeft een soort groenig-blauw aspect. Ik heb deze tint er zo'n 5 jaren geleden op gezet en nog steeds vind ik het een aparte, mooie kleur. Die kan wellicht nog enkele jaren mee en geeft al het wit in onze kamer toch meer karakter. En mijn zilverkleurige accessoires (beddegoed, tas, slippers) doen het bij dit wit en blauw ook prima.
It's silent since quite a while in our house in this early hour of the morning (1:56 am), but I'm still awake and I was just reading 2 beautiful interior-books: Nordlicht and Nordlicht 2 about living in Scandinavia. Some time ago I painted our bedroom for a big part in white and initially I wanted to give a white layer to our bed (from the thriftshop) as well, but I'm still doubting if I should do that effectively. The colour blue which is on the bed now is from Farrow & Ball and has a greenish-blue aspect. I put this tint on the bed about 5 years ago and I do like this special, beautiful colour. It will last for some more years and in fact it gives some more character to all the white in our bedroom. And my silver-coloured accessories (linen, bag, slippers) suit the white and blue perfectly.
Il y a déjà depuis un certain temps le grand silence dans notre maison à cette heure-ci dans la matinée (1.56 h), mais je suis encore réveillée et je viens juste de lire 2 beaux livres: Nordlicht et Nordlicht 2 sur les intérieurs Scandinaves. Il y a quelques temps j'ai paint une grande partie de notre chambre à coucher en blanc et au début je voulais également donner une couche de blanc à notre lit (d'une brocante), mais j'hésite toujours si je devrais effectivement faire ça. La couleur bleu qu'on y voit maintenant vient de Farrow & Ball et elle a un aspect vert-bleu. J'ai mis ce ton il y a maintenant 5 ans et je le trouve toujours aussi spécial et joli. Cela pourra encore durer quelques années et ça donne plus de caractère à tout le blanc dans notre chambre. Et mes accessoires en couleur argent (linge de lit, sac, slippers) vont parfaitement avec ce blanc et bleu.

Ik woon in Belgïe, te Sint Genesius Rode, il ben geboren in Wallonïe maar ik wil mijn best doen om nederlands te spraken, de kleur blauw van je bed is nog zo prachtig en zo mooiw met wit, ik beloof dat je slaapkamer kan nog enkele tijden zo duren!
Wat een prachtige kleur heeft het bed. Een wit interieur is prachtig, maar een beetje kleur mag best (vind ik).

Hoi lees net je blog over de lijmresten van de trap,dat haddeb wij ook we hebben het eraf gekregen met een gasbrander en een verfkrabber,wel heel voorzichtig doen,niet stil houden,de gasbrander,maar constant bewegen dat wordt de lijm zacht en kan je het eraf krabben.stukje bij beetje doen.Suc6
Mooi dat blauwe bed en een béétje kleur mag toch best. Vind het mooi bij al dat wit!!!!

Niet doen hoor, prachtig dat blauw, is toch ook echt skandinavisch? Lijkt wel ene hotelkamer , wat een plaatje hoor, moet een genot om zijn iedere avond naar bed te gaan.

Bin mir sicher liebe Marjolijn, dass man in diesem Bett gut schlafen und träumen kann, die Farbe ist sehr schön und gibt mit Wand, Boden und Bettwäsche ein harmonisches Bild und einen stimmigen Raum ab.

marjolijn ik vind het prachtig dat blauw met wit, F&B heeft sowieso hele mooie kleuren, weet je zo nog hoe die kleur heet? ik denk nl dat het dezelfde kleur is die mijn ouders in huis hebben. de kleuren van F&B zijn zo puur en natuurlijk ik denk dat ze nooit gaan vervelen!..je hebt weer prachtig plaatjes geschoten!
Ik denk dat je mijn antwoord wel kunt raden, maar ik wil het je toch ook nog zeggen: absoluut zo laten! Ik vind het een prachtige kleur bij al het wit! En bij het grijs-zilver van je slippertjes!
Het zijn weer plaatjes om bij weg te dromen!
Ik zal het bed ook zo laten, ik vind dat je een mooie slaapkamer hebt en de kleur van het bed vind ik heel mooi! Wat een mooie foto's waren het weer!
Wit is mooi, maar kleuraccentjes maken het toch weer helemaal af, naar mijn mening.

Maar de muur is dan ook wel weer heel licht blauw en grijsbruin i.v.m. ons aankomend mannetje.
Ik vind je bed in deze prachtige blauw juist echt heel erg mooi in de witte kamer en zou hem zelf zo laten...prachtig!
